Behaviour Support
If your dog is presenting behaviours relating to aggression, anxiety, fear, reactivity, hyperactivity, guarding, or you feel they are becoming unhappy or unsafe for any reason, you will require dog behaviour support, rather than regular dog training.
Behaviour Assessment & Training appointments are available at 10 am Tuesday to Fridays. Urgent Support calls are typically responded to the same day.

Dog Behaviour Assessment &Training – 2.5 hours
The Dog Behaviour Assessment is a 2.5 hour appointment in you own home or at an alternative appropriate location such as a local park (dependant on the behaviour). During your appointment an assessment will be carried out and relevant information taken allowing support in management and training to help improve the area of concern before it develops further. Self referrals & Veterinary referrals are accepted.
Suitable for advice relating to:
- Aggression toward other dogs.
- Aggression toward humans.
- Reactivity.
- Anxiety.
- Hyperactivity.
- Resource Guarding.
- Fears and phobias.
- Separation anxiety (isolation distress or hyper-attachment).
- Any other behaviour.
There are no magic wands unfortunately, but with Nathan’s extensive experience working with thousands of dogs since 2011, backed up by industry recognised training and behaivour qualifications including a degree in canine behaivour, you can rest assured that only ethical, kind methods with scientific backing supported by effective practical application will be used during any training.
Training will never under any circumstances use shock collars, prong collars, choke chains, or any other equipment or method which evokes fear, causes pain, or involves force.

Urgent Support
Sometimes you require advice quickly! This is the place where you can speak directly with qualified canine behaviourist Nathan Watson and get that urgently required advice to help you through a difficult situation with your dog or puppy.
Support Now is not a replacement for a behavioural consultation, it is here to offer support as quickly as possible, to help keep dogs and people as safe as possible in the immediate time frame, and to minimise the development/progression of inappropriate/unwanted behaviour.
