A range of group classes are available providing fantastic options for all abilities, from complete beginners upwards!
Classes are held at our training ground, The Obelisk Centre, 400 Obelisk Rise, Northampton, NN2 8UE.

Puppy Beginners
The Mixed-Age Beginners course is suitable for both puppies and adult dogs. We teach through fun exercises and training games using motivational, reinforcing methods. Each week there are brand new skills to learn as well as developing the reliability of exercises from previous sessions.
In addition to training the behaviours listed below, we discuss a wide variety of important topics to help you give the best life to your puppy or dog. Each week there is time for questions and support, on any aspect of dog training or behaviour!

Progression Class
Relaxed classes, working on varied training.
Suitable for social adult dogs, & those wanting to develop their training skills from the beginners course.
Work to set goals to achieve graded award certificates, or simply enjoy learning in a relaxed environment!

Fun Agility
An agility class for beginners who want to just enjoy a little fun training with their dogs and give their dogs some extra mental stimulation. We use jumps, weave poles and tunnels during the classes, and the level of training can be adjusted to suit younger and older dogs accordingly. No prior experience is necessary!

Scent Skills
The Scent Skills class puts your dogs nose to work! Think dogs in airports looking for contraband goods! Keeping things both safe and legal, we train the dogs to search identify alternative scents, including cloves, gun oil, or cut up pieces of rubber Kong toy. No prior experience is necessary!

Trailing Trackers
Trailing is one of the most natural activities for dogs! Think search & rescue dogs looking for lost people, or police dogs hunting down a fugitive! Dog typically take to this activity very instinctually and leave the session calm and ready for a well deserved nap!

Loose Lead Workshop

A 2 Hour hands-on practical training session dedicated to Loose Lead Walking!
Does your dog pull on the lead?
This session is designed to equip you with a variety of effective exercises that you use in your everyday training.
Pulling on the lead is one of the biggest struggles many dog owners face and is one of the most important areas to address. Having a dog that pulls on the lead can cause physical harm to both the handler and the dog. Pulling is often a significant factor that contributes to other behaviour problems.

No punitive methods such as shock collars, prong collars or choke chains used.
